Prices
Daily rates are per room an night including breakfast.
All prices are in CHF including VAT.
Errors and omissions excepted.
Arrival and departure
Check in from 14.00 hrs
Check out untill 10.00 hrs
Safe
The safe in the room is insured up to CHF 10'000.-- per room therfrom maximum CHF 5'000.-- in cash.
Minimum lenght of stay
Please note that there might be a minimum lenght of stay during peak seasons.
Taxes
All prices are excluding local tourist taxes, 5.- per person and night.
Vouchers
Vouchers need to be mentiond upon room reservation and presentet to the hotel upon arrival.
They are only valid if the reservation is made directly at the hotel.
Vouchers can not be exchanged with cash, the expiry date can not be extended and the service on the voucher can not be changed.

Otherwise, the Swiss hotel contract conditions apply.

Cancellation policies
We recommend you to have a cancellation insurance. We will gladly send you an application form from Elvia / Allianz.
For only 4% of the booked stay, you will be safe from any fees.
Summer season:
5 days before arrival: 100% of the booked package
Winter season:
10 days before arrival: 100% of the booked package
Festive days/ Carnival / National Park Bike Marathon
30 days before arrival: 100% of the booked package
For all bookings applies:
in case of early departure: 100% of the booked package
Non-Refundable Rates: Total due upon booking.
In case of change, cancellation, early departure, late arrival, no refund can be granted.
A cancellation or a change of the reservation can only be made in written.
Please note that these conditions apply to individual guests.
